I am Josue Mendez. I work on houses in the Denver metro — buying the ones nobody else wants to deal with, rebuilding them properly, and either renting them out or handing the keys to the next owner.
Most of what I do sits in three buckets: acquisitions through SwiftAcorn, construction through Everwarm Homes, and a small portfolio of rentals I manage myself. Being on all three sides is the point. I know what a rehab actually costs because I am the one paying for it, and I know what a tenant needs because I am the one taking the call.
I grew up in a Mexican household, I run bilingual job sites, and I deal with the same permit counters every week. Nothing here is outsourced to a call center.
